Making Mistake Can Become Rich
To Be Success You Need to Stay Focus
Keep focus. Have a checklist that is updating everyday. The most important tasks are put at the top of the list and get priority. Always focus on what is important and do not let the small things bother them. Learn to say “no” to requests that do not warrant their time and attention.
Control your time. Focus on doing what is important and do not let any other activities listed below delay you.

Life in University
The University of Glasgow is the fourth oldest university in the English-speaking world. It dates from 1451 when King James II of Scotland persuaded Pope Nicholas V to grant a lead seal, or bull, authorising Bishop William Turnbull of Glasgow to set up a university.
When I arrivied in Glasgow in 1995, is a big culture change for me. One the hardest thing I encountered is food as I don't eat bread while I was in Singapore. After three months, I lost about 7kg. My mum was shocked when she saw some photos that I mailed her.
During the lecture, the lecturer don't give print out or other note. The lecturer just talked on the topic of the day and wrote note on the black board and is up to the students to note down themselve. That is a surprise! Most of the time, we got to listened and wrote note. In our free time, we need to read up a lot on the subject.
The lecturers are helpful. I remember when I didn't understand a tropic and I approached the lecturer and he explained the tropic in details till I'm able to understand.
When term break, we used to hire a car and drove through the northern part of Scotland. The Loch in Scotland is extremely beautiful, like the Loch Ness.
The Island of Skye, situated off the West coast of Mainland Scotland, is the largest and best known of the Inner Hebrides.
Sometimes referred to in Gaelic poetry and song as Eilean a' Cheò (The Misty Isle), Skye is renown for its natural beauty, history and wildlife.
The Cuillin Hills, the Red Hills and Blaven have long been favourites with climbers and walkers. If you don't fancy the high places, the deeply indented coastline means you are never far from the sea.
Wildlife abounds on the Island, with birds from the tiny Goldcrest to magnificent Golden Eagle, mammals from Pygmy Shrew to Red Deer and fish from Saithe to Salmon. If you are lucky you might catch sight of the elusive Otter playing on the shore. The wide range of geology and topography provides habitats for many wild flowers.
Finally, I have graduated in 1997... In fact, I went back to Glasgow twice ever since I graduated and is really a great feeling!!!
Ingredients of Change
You believe that the change is beneficial for you
You have the skill to change
You have the desire and passion to change
With these three ingredients for change, you not only have the skills to change, you will have the reason to change and give yourself the opportunity to change.
Strategy
Either feedback that the strategy you used was ineffective or that you did not take enough action.
You then used this feedback to immediately change your strategy and take action again.
If you still don’t succeed, you will get more feedback, change your strategy and take action again. You keep repeating this process until you get what you want. You do whatever it takes.
So, remember, every time you don’t get what you want, it is life giving you feedback. It is this continuous feedback you need to help you adjust your approach until you hit the target.
Understand this principle and you will overcome failure and achieve success in no time at all.
